WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Every item (except when notated) on sarahhendler.com is made to order and shipping will take 4-6 weeks.

Note: It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout, you will receive an automated email of your order confirmation. Please note this email may be located in your spam folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.  We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for a resolution.

I CAN'T FIND AN ITEM THAT I SAW ON SOCIAL MEDIA ON YOUR WEBSITE. IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?

Any items you see on the official Sarah Hendler social media accounts are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@sarahhendler.com  so we can work on getting you that piece that you love.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes.  If you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to contact info@sarahhendler.com from the time you place your order in order to do so.  Once production starts, you cannot cancel your order.   

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Sarah Hendler's discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Personalized items are always final sale.

WHAT IS MY PIECE NEEDS REPAIRED?

All Sarah Hendler jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@sarahhendler.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair. 

DO YOU REPAIR SARAH HENDLER FINE JEWELRY THAT HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE?

Yes! We are here to help in any way we can, please contact us at info@sarahhendler.com and we can further assess the repair and how to proceed.

WILL SALES TAX BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the state of California.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Fine Jewelry: While 18k gold is tarnish resistant, it can get dirty and/or smudged. To care for your pieces, we recommend cleaning it with a mild detergent or an ammonia solution. You can use a soft brush but avoid using anything abrasive as it can scratch the gold. Be sure to rinse and wipe clean. 

Estate Jewelry: Dependent on the type of metal and/or stones as well as the intricacy for the piece. Feel free to contact us with questions on how to care for your item at info@sarahhendler.com.

Overall Care Tips:

  • Refrain from contact with any cosmetics, perfumes or household chemicals.
  • Store pieces in separate compartments to avoid scratching as well as a clean and dry fabric pouch or jewelry box.
  • Do not use an ultrasonic machine with pearls or gemstones - diamonds are okay. (Solid gold pieces only)

Sarah Hendler Fine Jewelry understands that your privacy is important and ensures that the information provided by you the customer, is collected and held in accordance with relevant United States Law.

Any information we collect is used to assist in providing you with relevant consumer information, notify you if products, events and offering that may be interest to you as a valued Sarah Hendler customer.  We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.
