We are thrilled that you chose Sarah Hendler for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Sarah Hendler's discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Personalized items are always final sale.
All Sarah Hendler jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at email@example.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
We ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping is calculated upon checkout within the United States & Canada, via UPS Ground. All packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
Every item (except when notated) on sarahhendler.com is made to order and shipping will take 4-6 weeks.
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to California.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
