ORDERS SHIPPING & RETURNS:

We are thrilled that you chose Sarah Hendler for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Sarah Hendler's discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Personalized items are always final sale.

REPAIRS:

All Sarah Hendler jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@sarahhendler.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

We ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@sarahhendler.com.

Purchases over $600: Packages will require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured to protect your merchandise against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable for any damage to the item(s). 

Purchases Under $600: While these packages will not require a signature upon delivery, they continue to be fully insured to protect your merchandise against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once the package is marked as 'delivered', we are no longer liable for theft or damage to the item(s). 

We do NOT accept PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

In stock orders placed between Sunday-Wednesday will ship within the same week.

In stock orders placed Thursday-Saturday will ship out the following week.

We do not process and/or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday as well as Federal Holidays.
